coaching agreement
4th Watch Warrior provides Christian coaching for men and church leaders focused on sexual addiction and pornography recovery using the Mind, Body, and Spirit framework. Coaching is a collaborative partnership, not therapy, medical care, or legal advice. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. Results are not guaranteed.

One-on-One Coaching (Men)
12 weekly 90-min sessions, $3,000
Group Coaching (Men)
12 weekly 90-min sessions, $900
3-Day Intensive (Men)
3 days, 8 hours/day, $5,000
One-on-One Coaching (Pastors)
12weekly sessions, $5,000
3-Day Intensive (Pastors)
3 days, 8 hours/day, $8,000
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot. All payments are non-refundable.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and completed within your program timeframe.

Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice for weekly coaching, and 14 days notice for 3-Day Intensives. Late cancellations count as a completed session. No-shows without notice are forfeited and not refunded, except for documented emergencies.
Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential and will not be shared. Limits required by law apply, including risk of harm to yourself or others, and abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult. For professional development, coaches may discuss cases with mentors with all identifying information removed. A signed release is required to share information with third parties.
scope of coaching
Christian coaching integrates your faith into goal-setting and growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If psychological needs arise, coaching may be paused until appropriate care is in place. You may participate in therapy and coaching simultaneously.
termination
Either party may end coaching with written notice. No refunds are issued for unused sessions unless agreed in writing.

By enrolling and paying for any 4th Watch Warrior program, you confirm you understand the nature of coaching, accept full responsibility for your participation, and agree to these terms. This document represents the full agreement and supersedes prior discussions.
