Cancellation Policy

4th Watch Warrior Pastor Coaching Agreement Program: 12 weekly 90-minute private sessions delivered online or in-person. Investment: $5,000 paid in full to secure your spot. What it is: Confidential Christian coaching for pastors and ministry leaders focused on sexual addiction, burnout, and leadership pressure using the Mind, Body, and Spirit framework. Coaching is a collaborative partnership, not therapy, medical care, or legal advice. We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. You are responsible for your choices and outcomes. Results are not guaranteed. Payments: All payments are non-refundable. Discreet billing available upon request. This protects your commitment and ensures complete privacy. Scheduling: Sessions must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and count as completed. Exceptions only for documented emergencies. Confidentiality: All sessions are strictly confidential and will never be shared with your church, board, denomination, or staff. Information is only disclosed where required by law, including risk of harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult. Coaches may consult mentors with all identifying information removed. A signed release is required to share information with any third party. Support: Coaching may be paused if psychological or medical care is needed. You may receive therapy and coaching at the same time. Termination: Either party may end coaching with written notice. No refunds for unused sessions unless agreed in writing.
