4th Watch Warrior Pastor 3-Day Intensive Agreement Program: 3 consecutive days, 8 hours per day, private intensive delivered online or at a discreet location. Investment: $8,000 paid in full to secure your private dates. What it is: A confidential, high-impact intensive for pastors and ministry leaders needing rapid restoration from hidden struggles, burnout, and pressure. Uses the Mind, Body, and Spirit framework. Coaching is a collaborative partnership, not therapy, medical care, or legal advice. We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. You are responsible for your choices and outcomes. Results are not guaranteed. Payments: All payments are non-refundable. Discreet billing available upon request. This protects your privacy and our limited availability. Scheduling: Private dates are scheduled upon application. Rescheduling requires 14 days notice. Missed days without notice are forfeited. Exceptions only for documented emergencies. Confidentiality: Maximum privacy is standard. Sessions are never shared with churches, boards, denominations, or staff, and no reports are made to any organization. Disclosure only occurs where required by law, including risk of harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult. Coaches may consult mentors with all identifying information removed. A signed release is required for any information sharing. Support: Intensive work may reveal needs best served by therapy. Coaching may be paused to prioritize appropriate care. Termination: Either party may end the intensive with written notice. No refunds for unused time unless agreed in writing.
